Catalog Information
If you have not ordered in our on-line catalog since 6/20/05 you must register as a new customer. You will NOT be able to view any orders placed before 6/20/05.
If you order as a "guest", your information will not be retained for future orders. You will have to enter it each time. If you want your information saved, please register when placing your first order.
This catalog has many great features, including a visible running total of the number of items in your shopping cart and the dollar amount. Just enter the number of the items you wish to order in the Quantity Box and click the ADD TO CART button. It will total your items and allow you to keep shopping with no interruption.
Please note: You will have to enter all of your shipping and payment information the first time you use this new catalog. Once you have done this for the first time, you will be able to use an ID and password to log in if you registered as a customer and not a guest. |
Using the Search Box
Use the links in the left column or the "Search the Catalog" box to find an item you wish to purchase. Using " " around words in the box will narrow the search responses. Searching on How to Make Baskets, will generate over 1000 items, but if you search on "How to Make Baskets" you will get only about 12 items. |
Shipping Information
Shipping charges are "actual cost" only, via UPS or US Mail, whichever is cheaper. We do not add any packaging or handling fees. HOWEVER, charges can vary greatly depending upon the weight of the items ordered and your location. No shipping fee is shown in the checkout section, but weight and volume will determine the actual cost which will be included on your invoice. Email us for an estimate before shipping if this is a concern. Please advise us on your order if a particular method of shipping is preferred. |
